Can I pay with a check, credit card, or debit card?
We accept credit cards and debit cards though PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to use this service. You must have a valid email address so we can provide you with an invoice and the PayPal payment information.

Does The Cupcake Depot have a storefront?
Currently, we do not have a storefront or retail location. We are a home
based bakery, located in Wadsworth. We are still looking for the perfect store location!

Do you ship your cupcakes?
Due to the delicate nature of our cupcakes, we only deliver locally.

Can I order a dozen cupcakes in a variety of flavors?
Because we are a made to order bakery, we do not have a variety of already baked cupcakes available. Each dozen must be one flavor.

Should I order in advance?
Ordering in advance is suggested, especially for large orders.

Does The Cupcake Depot deliver?
Yes, we do deliver to Wadsworth, Rittman, Norton, Seville, and Barberton.
The delivery fee is $5.

Can I pick up my cupcake order?
We do not have a storefront location, so pick up is not available at this time. Cupcakes are available through delivery only.

Do you offer any flavors not listed on your website?
Yes! We are open to working with you to create the perfect cupcake for your occasion.

How do I store my cupcakes?
Our cupcakes are best stored at room temperature and eaten within
48 hours of delivery. Our cupcakes also do well in the freezer. Be sure to
thaw at room temperature for 1 hour before eating.

Do you offer any custom fondant decorations?
We do not currently offer any fondant decor.

Can I get custom colored frosting on my cupcakes?
Yes! We can tint your vanilla or cream cheese frosting to the color of your choice.

Does The Cupcake Depot offer individual boxing?
All cupcakes are sold and packaged by the dozen. We do not box cupcakes
individually.

Do you offer any gluten-free, sugar-free or vegan cupcakes?
At this time we do not offer cupcakes for any special dietary needs.
